Terms Of Service

Your use of Area 51 is governed by these terms of service (TOS). By accessing and making use of this service you are considered to agree to these terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms your sole remedy is to stop accessing and using this website.

     Area 51 OR Mathew Paret OR Glibix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time at its sole discretion and without notice.   2. Copyright

     Area 51 is protected by copyright laws and international laws. Unauthorized use of our contents are strictly prohibited.

  3. Warranty

     Area 51 OR Mathew Paret OR Glibix (in short "we") take no warrantee or guarantee of any kind. You access and use Area 51 on your sole risk. We may not be held liable for any damages caused whatsoever.

  4. Security

     You may not try to spam / hack / or do any such illegal activities using Area 51. We keep logs of all ongings on Area 51 and WILL disclose any details to the law as and when required.

  5. Privacy

     We keep logs of all ongoings on Area 51 for a long time. However we never use these information to personally identify you (other than when the law requires it). Cookies that are required by the sites you visit will be stored on our servers but only as long as you keep browsing through Area 51. Once you close your logoff browser and this information is cleared.

  6. Limited Use

     You are given a limited and non-exclusive right to make use of this website. However you may use Area 51 only to access pages restricted at your end by some blocking p.r.o.x.y.

  7. You may not use Area 51 to
    1. download files greated than 1Mb.
    2. spam / hack / spoof / or perform such illegal activities or internet based crime.
    3. bypass other p.r.o.x.y s.e.r.v.e.r.s. You may not use Area 51 to bypass any blocking servers. Area 51 is designed striclty to enable you to hide your IP address from the server you visit. Any users who use Area 51 for purposes other than to hide your IP address will be banned and their IP blocked.
